1. 申请的是 pillar 2的Sedex验厂，报告上写了4个问题，工厂和我说写的都是小问题，大家懂的。
3.1 Protective devices for machines did not use by employees. During facility tour, auditor found that eye-protective devices were installed for all overlocking machines; however the protective devices on one out of them were not used by the employees.
3.2 Employees did not properly wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). During facility tour, auditor found that 1 out of 5 employees working in the embroidering workshop did not wear earplug which was provided by facility.
3.3 No license for operators engaged in special tasks. During management interview, there was one electrician in the facility. However, no electrician certificate was provided for review.
8.1 Insufficient items in the employee roster. Through document review, auditor found that the employee roster provided by facility did not include the information of current residence, form of employment, and length of labour contract.
等后来拿到现场报告后对3.3有疑虑，但报告已定型。因对Sedex和Walmart之间问题项的判定对接没法判断，又看到Walmart新的Audit and Assessment Policy & Guidance（审核与评估政策及指南）上对橙灯的描述（Orange ratings identify facilities whose audits indicate more serious violations of the Standards.如果审核显示违反标准的程度较为严重，则设施会获得橙灯评级），觉得工厂不会是more serious就算了。
3. 下面就是最后的Walmart验厂等级通告信，Orange rating，但是有效期1年，一个很奇怪的结果。我反复联系Walmart RS和印度Walmart，就是不说为什么这样一份报告会是橙灯，当然我也没提为什么是1年复审。还有Walmart提到请安排第三方审计在Sedex网站上关闭问题项，我不知道是不是意味着CAP完成，问题点close了就会提升等级，可是我个人觉得工厂本就很可能是黄灯。 我又再次联系第三方，被告知CAP整改需要收取费用。
